This is my favorite veterinary clinic. The staff, especially Dr. Chitwood, always take their time and never rush me. I get to hear the reasoning behind the medicine and what the medicine is intended for. Since my furry friends are important to me the time and care that is provided is thoroughly appreciated. STJVMC is better than my medical provider. Too bad they don t see people.

I’ve taken my pets to Dr Chitwood since the facility opened years ago. I find the current staff to always be friendly and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion/concern is it took over a week for an appt. it concerns me I would be unable to get a pet in that has a more critical concern.

I know most animals rebel when going to the vet...don t know how they know but they seem to. No issue with Mala. You must be good to her. Thank you so much

The staff treated my pet not like a patient. They treated him like a friend. They gave me options of cheaper vs more expensive, but work the same. I like that very much. They cared more about his health than making money on the more expensive products. I will go nowhere else for all my pets health needs!

I love the staff and are always patient with me when I have questions about my fur-babies. It is pricey but I know there is only so much they can do with that.

Our visit may have been more productive if we were able to discuss the details of treatment with the doctor rather than a technician. I left with more questions than answers.
