As someone who is new to the area...it is very heartwarming to find a good Veterinary practice where I felt very comfortable & have an immediate trust built that your entire staff truly cares about our pets! The Dr was very thorough & as we also have 5 horses...it was good to know that he is also a farm Vet! Overall, I am very happy to have found St James Veterinary Clinic!

I had an unscheduled appointment because my dog was having several difficulties (including breathing). At the most difficult time (my dog has terminal cancer), my dog and I were treated with the utmost courtesy, respect, and sensitivity. Thank you to Dr. Chitwood and Sheila.

I tried to schedule online because I know it gets busy, couldn’t get it to work. Certainly not a deal breaker, but something to consider to lessen the call load on the staff.
