I want to thank you all very much for you re being professional & caring vet office. I am so glad a friend recommend your office for my cat. I appreciate the text updates on my cat while he was there for several days. I really like this vet office for all the staff members & Dr Chitwood for explaining everything to me, for taking such great care of my cat & for showing the care & compassion for our pets. I will recommend you all to everyone. Very clean & nice atmosphere.

I was helped at curbside by Mike and when I picked up Jocko Derrick, as well as Derrick kept me informed throughout the day. These two are a big asset to your practice. Very friendly and caring! Thank You!

I appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable the office was, in regards to getting us into a room, the vet giving shots and takings blood, and the vet tech helping me with my purchase and explaining how to clean my dog s ears.

We have always been very happy with everyone we work with at the clinic and have already told a few people to take their dogs to y all because their current vet cant seem to help

The top questions do not apply to my visit as I waited in my vehicle. Staff members are always great to work with no matter the circumstance.

Derek was our tech and he was new to us. Like all the techs, he was polite, professional, and helpful. Casey was there to ensure we were taken care of. She helped me with some rewards points when I had difficulty. She is always wonderful to my dogs and me. I missed Kayla and Megan (they love Sophia), but I am always grateful to come to the clinic. Thank you for all you do. (I tried to give a score of 10/10. May have messed that up). You all ROCK!

Quick service to the car.

I heard through the grapevine that emergency services are not available at all hours any longer, is this true? If yes, did you notify clients? I can not find an email about this, nor was I told at my visit. Could you please confirm?

I called Monday morning with an emergency. The receptionist said that they were full and had no appointments. My dog was very sick the night before and I was very concerned he is 14 years old and in good health. I have been a patient there for 14 years, I buy all my food there, I buy my medicines there and do all my wellness checks as I am supposed to. I feel like they could have been more accommodating for my pet. They did agree to put me on a waiting list and if there was a cancelation they would TRY to get me in. I was able to call another vet office and they could get me right in because it was an emergency. I love Dr Chittwood and the staff there I was just very disappointed that they would not help me when I needed them too They ended up having a cancellation and I was able to get in in the late afternoon. I am glad that my pet was not dying(although I did not know that at the time) .

You guys are a 10/10!!! Love y’all and how you care of our Macee girl and treat us when we are there!

You folks are amazing. I always recommend you to new people who move to the area. Thank you for going the extra mile during the pandemic--we appreciate you remaining available to us. Shilo smelled so good when I picked her up last week, and was brushed out really well. Thank you so much for doing an extra swell job with her. I know she is she is a high energy girl, but she has enjoyed being clean this week. So have I!

Later hours would be good, because I have to walk with a cane & it would be easier so I have someone with me for my fur baby!!!
