I think the wellness plan would be great. I would like longer hours or maybe one day on the weekends. I think the persons at the front desk ; vet associate; To the vet are fabulous. Nermal likes the food from the vet and he stays healthier eating the food from the vet. Kilo is on special food also. I did like being able to get Kilo groomed at the vet but I think keeping my fur babies healthy is very important. I think the guy that usually takes Nermal in the back is very talented with animals. I haven’t seen him lately. Please stay safe and keep doing a great job. Thank you Karolyn K Slader

I can not answer some of your questions because I dropped off and picked up. I have no idea how clean the inside was. Your staff was friendly. My pet was there for a heart worm test but I was not offered flea or tick medicine.

These survey questions unfortunately don’t really connect to the purpose of our visit as we could not enter due to COVID restrictions. Our visit was really well handled. Dr. Melton is excellent, and the entire team that worked with our pet displayed a high-level and f flexibility, adaptability, focused clear pet support, and also clear communication and support of us, as pet parents. I would highly recommend Dr. Melton any day for any level of need. She’s insightful, calm, clear, and without judgment while being true to the entirety of the pet needs.

It is great to have a professional service as yours in our community. We value you very much. With that being said, you seem to be so busy that appointments are 1-2 weeks out. My family members have moved to this area recently, with their breeding dogs and have attempted to get appointments several times with you, but no appointments for two weeks were open. Again, that is a sign that you provide valuable and excellent services, however I hope there is an undertaking to provide the needed services to our community. Thanks for being here for all of us pet and livestock caretakers.

Our experience was top notch in every area. Pickles regular (and now former) vet could not get him in even for a few days, I had an appt. and was at your clinic within 1 1/2 hours. Even though the drive is longer I will be using St. James Vet. Clinic for all of Pickles vet. needs. Having worked for many years and knowing the importance of family time I do not recommend extended hours. Thanks for a great job. Every single person I faced, greeted me with a smile and were very attentive to Pickles and his pain.

I’m not sure how to answer the last question (what could you do to get 10/10) with stars but here is my response to that question: We did not get an itemized invoice - only the receipt for $309. Our appointment was for three dogs at the same time and we wrapped up in about an hour. The vet spent a good deal of time with us and answered a lot of questions - that went well (5/5 stars). However, we felt a little bit rushed - an example is not getting an itemized bill and the vet tech actually said “it’s getting late in the day .....” - in regards to finishing a service that I’m not sure we paid for or not. We are understanding and realize people get tired and not every day is a perfect one. We’ll definitely keep coming back because this isn’t a regular occurrence.

I didnt go in due to Covid..Megan the receptionist was very understanding...megan the tech was ok...even though we have covid & I understand there was one vet there..it would of been nice to speak to the vet on the phone for a few mins about the results...and not send messages thru the tech...its not the same...just sayin...one last thing...my dozer had a 102 temp for 4 days..when I got the report I did not see where his temp was taken when I brought him in on monday as a Urgent Care...I would like to know why...thanks
