They were great and came up with a treatment plan for my cat that we are very grateful and happy with.

Wonderful caring staff. Cost seems high which makes it difficult to properly care for our pets but it is needed to protect their health. Maybe you can offer discounts for long term customers or family discounts. Just a thought.

I came in for an emergency and Kelly took me right back with my pet. This is not my normal vet but I will be switching to Eastmoore!

Chairs had excessive amounts of animal hair. Checkout process was longer than expected.

There was a snafu with the online appointment that did not connect with the actual staff. So the staff was surprised to see us. However, the wonderful staff honored the appointment and got us in and out without any problems.

The wait time was too long. Our apt was at 3:30 and we waited until 4:15 to be put in a room, then another 15 to see the Dr.

I was extremely confused as to why I was scheduled with a doctor I’ve never seen before. I would prefer to see the same doctor I’ve seen for the last 12 years, Dr. Rogers. I don’t know if that was a scheduling issue or what, but please encourage the receptionist to look at the preferred doctor or at least ask which doctor. I was under the assumption I was seeing Dr. Rogers, as we always have. I was expecting my dog’s history to be something we were going to look at, tests, X-rays, etc. from his ER visit. None of that was looked at or even reviewed. What’s the point of a follow-up if that isn’t reviewed? Nothing was explained to me. I had to ask the vet tech about when to give my medication. I have requested to speak with Dr. Rogers to get more information and to set my mind at peace.

Dr Rogers did not address the issue I had with my dog he doesn’t listen to you when you are trying to correct what you said . He’s all about the money and not about the dog!

I don’t have a mouse so I couldn’t click but all 5 stars I appreciate being seen outside as to not spread any germs in this case. I did get worried when a few dogs were brought out to the same area outside that just had surgery and hope they don’t catch the kennel cough. Everybody is so very nice my big dog was nervous but doctor and nurse calmed him, Eve. Outside is very clean thank you for seeing my dog same day. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places.
