This clinic has an extremely friendly staff. Dr. Hicks took time to talk with me about Grizelda. He was very personable, no-nonsense, and concerned. Again, the staff are amazing. I would recommend these people to everyone. I m so happy and glad I found them.

Everyone is always so sweet and helpful. My puppy was neutered and they answered all my questions thoroughly!

The staff is always attentive to me and my sweet Dini, as well as to the other patients/owners in the clinic. I chose your clinic a few years back when I got Dini because another clinic close to my home tried to sell us on pills for everything. Totally a turn off. You care & it shows. Thanks!

The vet and staff were so friendly and kind. I always dreaded taking my dogs to the vet but my experience here was amazing. I liked how the vet was attentive to the needs of my dogs while also being conscious of how much people are able to pay for the services. This is definitely going to be my new go-to vet clinic.

The staff at Eastmoore animal clinic is wonderful. My three month old golden retriever puppy had an injured foot and they were able to get us in quickly to see a doctor. We felt welcomed and not rushed and will definitely recommend Eastmoor to our friends and family!

I was concerned about my dog and cat feeling insecure, maybe anxious in the new surroundings with new people but staff from the secretaries in the waiting room to the techs and the doctor put all 3 of us at ease very quickly. Great facility and staff! Our dogs are normally skittish during vet appointments but they immediately warmed up the the vet and vet tech! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others!

Cost of treatment could be made clearer or at least mentioned before getting to the register. I realize it s not general practice in the medical field, however, more transparency would be appreciated. The vet technician (shorter woman with black hair) was absolutely wonderful. She took time to hear what I had to say without rushing me, explain the medication, how to administer it, and went over what future costs could be if this treatment doesn t work.
