Too many bookings for the staff a available. I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment but had to wait well over an hour past my appointment time before being seen. There were at least six people and their pets in the waiting room when I arrived. At least ten more people came in after I arrived but we re processed and seen before us. Whatever procedure they were having done was short in duration, maybe 10-15 minutes each. Even so, they were seen ahead of my dogs even with our appointment time having come and gone. By the time we paid our bill and began loading up my dogs, we were at the office for 2 hours and 45 minutes for a routine yearly exam. More realistic scheduling would have cut our time down to a more acceptable time frame. Dr. Hicks and his techs did a fine job and made good use of the time we spent in the exam room.

I was so relieved to be able to establish care so quickly for my dog! When my other vet closed unexpectedly, I was a little panicked because Rose was almost out of monthly preventatives and I wanted to make sure she wasn t going to have issues by missing a dose.
