This is an amazing facility! From the front office staff to the vet techs and the doctor! Always get the best care in the most expeditious manner

The staff are fantastic

I want to thank them for seeing Buddy the same day I called even though he was new. They were very compassionate and kind about his pain.

We don’t normally have to wait very long but today our appointment was at 11:30 and we did not see the doctor until 1210. It was a super busy day but we just had to wait a long time

Best vets and caring employees ever!

Thorough and professional first visit and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Too many bookings for the staff a available. I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment but had to wait well over an hour past my appointment time before being seen. There were at least six people and their pets in the waiting room when I arrived. At least ten more people came in after I arrived but we re processed and seen before us. Whatever procedure they were having done was short in duration, maybe 10-15 minutes each. Even so, they were seen ahead of my dogs even with our appointment time having come and gone. By the time we paid our bill and began loading up my dogs, we were at the office for 2 hours and 45 minutes for a routine yearly exam. More realistic scheduling would have cut our time down to a more acceptable time frame. Dr. Hicks and his techs did a fine job and made good use of the time we spent in the exam room.

You guy s are the best!!! Always kind and willing to help even at the last minute. Thanks for taking good care of my girls.

I was so relieved to be able to establish care so quickly for my dog! When my other vet closed unexpectedly, I was a little panicked because Rose was almost out of monthly preventatives and I wanted to make sure she wasn t going to have issues by missing a dose. Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful!

I got multiple appointment reminders for an appointment that wasn t mine. Even after I called and set up my own appointment, I was still getting reminders for the erroneous appointment. So just confusion regarding appointments. The actual appointment and interaction with staff was excellent.
