Very clean facility, wonderful and caring staff and doctor. They were genuinely concerned about my dog and what was going on with her! I highly recommend this Vet and will be going back for continuing care!

Excellent staff and vet.

I got multiple appointment reminders for an appointment that wasn t mine. Even after I called and set up my own appointment, I was still getting reminders for the erroneous appointment. So just confusion regarding appointments. The actual appointment and interaction with staff was excellent.

Everyone at eastmoor are so sweet and kind and really care about the pets and pet parents.

My dog was having an allergic reaction to a vaccine administered by a low cost clinic. They immediately started tending to her, I felt so reassured knowing she was in their hands

Please update your files as my dog recived a shot she didn t need because they were not in the right order. I didn t have to pay for it but she didn t need to be stuck.

This is my first ever time to a vet and it was excellent, I am happy I chose Eastmoor, the whole staff was great, thank you so much for getting my cat taken care of!

I am happy with the staff and the procedures. The only problem I had is that took too much time to be attended. My appointment was supposed to be at 10, I arrived at 10 and took 45 minutes to be in Dr.Rogers office. I consider is too much time. People has to work a time of wait of 20 min would be ok, but 45 is too much.
