My dog was seen today. He had a stool sample taken on him and moments later the Dr came in and basically refused to check and examine him. Due to him being nervous I understand but not even checking his heart and stomach to make sure everything looks good is not okay. I came in to get my dog examined and that did not happen but I was billed the $52 for it. Was told I had to be in order to write him meds. Highly disappointed. I wish the Dr would’ve been patient with him and given him a chance, all he needed was a minute to get familiar.

We thought everyone was very helpful & caring to Winks hurt foot. The doctor also took the time to explain everything & was willing to answer any questions. Thanks to all the staff & doctor for caring about our baby, the same way we do.

The Staff and Doctor Roger s were terrific! Today was my first visit for my pup son and the care and concern far exceeded my expectations. My pup is okay and that kind of care and professionalism is all I can ask for....I feel like we have vet now!

Neeley Phillips is the best vet ever!!! She’s so kind and caring and listens to all of my concerns. I will never take my cats anywhere else.

Everyone was amazing!

The only thing that I would have liked to be the price of medication what I was walking into. The price on the phone was different from the price in the actual clinic. Other than that I was satisfied.

I was 30 minutes late to my appointment due to my cat playing hide and seek and refusing to get into my carrier. The ver provided me witb an extra carrier and still managed to get her in despite me being late which was awesome. The staff are all helpful, and the vet was friendly. 5 stars

When I called to bank the appointment to inquire how much it would cost I was told it would be $50000 for the sedated X-ray and it turns out that it s way more than that like I m gonna be paying almost $300

This clinic never stinks like most vet clinics do. All the employees are very friendly and I never have to wait long.

I love Dr Phillips…. She always has good information.. She also is very thorough but not wasteful with my money doing unnecessary things.. She always has had alternative solutions to ongoing problems that we could not get solved through our other Vet..
