The staff and Dr. Turner are wonderful, my big dog was scared while we were waiting and the person that checked us in took the time to pet him in hopes of making him feel more at ease. Dr. Turner and the vet assistant did everything they could to accommodate us, I was fully informed about what to expect and appreciate the timely follow up call regarding results. I love that you all offer chiropractic treatment, be it from an outside source, for all types of pets. I wouldn’t have known about White Rock at all if I wasn’t told about this service. I also love that some of the doctors have eastern medicine training. I feel that my pets have everything available to them to make sure they have the best quality of life.

I wish all vets were like this one. My dog has never liked going to the vet but this place makes it so much easier. They take their time and really get to know you’re pet. Not going anywhere else ever again

Dr. Schroeder was awesome! The techs were great and so was the front desk! I wish I had found this place years ago!

Super friendly staff. Loved the whole experience. Wait time felt a little long to get into a room (arrived at 4:50, appt at 5:00, didn t get into a room until sometime after 5:15) but once we got in everything was quick! Probably felt long because I had a nervous rabbit in a waiting room of dogs HA!

Dr. Turner was very informative with my bunny. Overall, the prices are ridiculously expensive to begin with, let alone if I were to accept and allow ALL of the blood tests, culture tests, and other treatments suggested. $120 just to drop my bunny off to be checked for her upper respiratory infection. I spent $247 including meds, after declining many other services. I cannot afford to spend this every time I bring my bunny in.

Everything was great except we inquired about grinding the nails of our dog. The tech said they do offer that service but sometimes the dogs do not like the loud noise. Regardless, he said you guys trim the nails as part of the service. When we picked up our dog his nails had not been trimmed. Other than that everything was great.

Check out was very long, new person seemed unfamiliar and calendar for scheduling follow up appointment was unclear to several staff members. Bring back cushions for the benches in the exam rooms! All else was excellent, thank you!

What a warm and welcoming clinic! Dr. Schroeder and the vet techs were phenomenal and answered all our questions and gave us great advice. We know our Yorkie puppy will be cared for very well!
