I left my dog at the vet for the kennel so I did not speak with the Veterinarian. There should be NA (not applicable) answer for some questions.

I think dr. Miller is the best! She really does a wonderful job. I always like that she sits on the floor with my kids and is so kind to them. She truly wants the best for them. I have thought about switching vets in the past few years , and i have been coming to white rock for 8 years but meeting dr Miller changed my mind and i will be staying. She is a wonderful person and i am truly lucky to have her take care of my fur kids:)

Unnecessary extra charges on visits. $1.000 to remove a small lump on our dogs ear. Had it done at another vet for $143.00. I would like to find another vet entirely and never come back !!

We have always been picking about who cares for our rabbit. It was hard leaving our regular vet in Houston, but after seeing the reviews for White Rock, we knew our baby girl would be in good hands. We were not disappointed. Thank you.

Dr. Lempert spent a whole lot of time with Lilly, running tests, etc. to determine what was wrong and made sure I was informed as to what was going on every step of the way. It is very evident that she really cares about her patients and their owners. I would not take him anywhere else!

I did not have an appointment, but needed a vet to look at my dogs leg he injured ! I was very impressed with all the staff and especially the vet ! Thank you for working me in, I will be coming to White rock from now on !

I am so happy with Whiterock. All of the doctors and the staff are wonderful and caring. They saved My 7 year old cat twice. She had pyrometrya and now kidney disease. And my sweet baby under 2 was sick. They did everything possible and they were so caring. I love this place. This is a great place to bring our fur kids. I really like White Rock and the staff there, but I live in South Austin, so coming here isn’t my first choice because of the distance but Westgate Vet refered me here for my guinea pig after they tried everything.

I was generally satisfied but feel that charging $5 to sprinkle Perio Support Pro powder over a bowl of dry food is excessive.!

Dr. Schroeder squeezed me into her packed schedule when I asked to bring Goldilox in with concerns of infection due to sudden bad breath. She was very thorough and caring and I appreciate her expertise and kind demeanor.

About the billing...I was told that y all only do 6 months on the care credit card. Where I take my other animals will set it up for 12 months. Which makes my payments lower.
