I waited too long for the Technician and the vet. The fees are too high. I get asked to purchase too many services/tests for my dogs.

I am very appreciative of Dr Schroeder fitting Molly into her schedule last Tuesday.

Just a note, guinea pig health check appointments do not take 30 minutes per pig. So, booking a full hour for 2 pigs is extremely overkill and, in reality, I was only with the tech and the vet for a total of 30 minutes of that time. If the pig was sick and needed extra attention then it would take the 30 min. and I would be happy to pay for that. But, health checks are pretty quick and the time and $$ should reflect that. I would prefer to do both pigs in one 30 min slot.

The tech was great and very helpful! The Dr was great as usual. Very happy.

checkout was super chaotic. My rep was being trained, couldn t handle the multiple checkouts at once, and didn t know how to process a credit transaction back to my card in any reasonable amount of time.

My guinea pigs see Dr. Lempert. She is an amazing vet. She has the knowledge and common sense of a seasoned veterinarian, and the compassion, patience, and love for animals of a great care provider. We love her and are so grateful to have found her! Eva Van Dyke

While all the vets have worked with our Classic Canines, a very special thanks to Dr Lisa Schroeder who sees a large majority of our senior dogs and is always available for questions, working closely on complicated chronic and acute needs from neglect. We simply could not help displaced senior dogs in the shelter system, and get them rehomed, without the partnership that Dr Riggan provides through his clinic and staff members and a huge thanks to the front desk team for managing our operational items expertly. Thanks to White Rock Veterinary Hospital, so many get well and get adopted to loving homes.
