Dr. Lisa Schroeder is the best vet ever! She is kind and compassionate but will still diplomatically tell you what your animals need you to know so you can keep them healthy and comfortable! She s a gem!

The vet tech we had this time was the same one as last time and she is amazing. She is awesome at understanding my budget and making me feel comfortable with what we are doing for my pets.

My daughter - Niki Bertrand - suggested I take our new adoptee to see veterinarians at your clinic. I am glad I did. Dr. Riggan and his tech were very helpful in making sue my new dog had all the resources he needed to adjust well in his new surroundings. I liked your staff so much that I will transfer my other dog s vet records to you and have both dogs be your clients.

Thank you for the excellent care you showed Fuzzy the bunny. He went from super sick to himself again in 24 hours after the visit.

Everyone was wonderful!!!!! Dr Lemberg is so caring and professional! I greatly appreciate her call to me and explain what they found, the plan, the back up plan, and that she was being a good girl. Thank you all so much I really appreciate y’all looking after my baby girl 5 stars all the way!!!

The only concern I have is that despite paying upfront for the appointments itself and the veterinarian explaining one procedure would cost $270 and the other $146, somehow we came out with a bill of nearly $600. I was so concerned to get back to work, I never got an itemized receipt either. Though I ll pin that on myself. Still...$416 is a far cry from $576.

Great all around experience. Everyone was very helpful. Dr. Miller was very kind and knowledgeable, I learned a lot about my bunny. First time owner and learning all about my new little bunny Levi.

When I first walked in I was not that impressed with your front office people. And still not. But when I was put into the room. That was a different story. It was amazing. The doctor and the assistant was awesome. And this will be the reason for returning. The front Office staff needs to smile and be a little bit customer service friendly. ??

Can you put a bulletin board in the lobby for community postings? There s lots of room by the entryway. People could use it for lost dogs, dogs who need homes, people offering services.
