Second appointment where supplies went available.

The service I received with Paco was great at our appointment however I’m disappointed in the follow up. The vet told me they would send out an estimate for Paco’s recommended teeth extraction surgery at the end of the day, our appointment was Tuesday morning. I called the office on Thursday as I had not yet received it. The receptionist told me she would follow up with them and have it sent. As of the end of the day Friday I still do not have it. I love White Rock. When I moved, I was so upset I had to change, but luckily, I moved back to an area where you could be my veterinarian. I always recommend my friends.

Everyone there is awesome from the reception staff to the vet techs, and especially Dr. Schroeder is awesome.

You guys were great! Very friendly staff and clean facility. The doctor was great with my pup and answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

It felt awkward and a little sad being in the “we are sorry your pet is passing or has passed on” room. My pet is getting older so being in that room was pretty jarring as she is in good health at this time. You may wanna just use that room for its intended purpose and keep the healthy patients in a regular exam room.

The biggest problem for me was the wait time. I felt uncomfortable waiting in the lobby while a couple undisciplined big dogs came in barking and trying to get off the leash to come towards my cat. I could tell she was scared. I know this is a hard problem to fix because a room isn t always ready. It s just been smoother in past clinics when I m able to walk into the office and straight into an exam room. We then waited in the exam room for close to 20 minutes. I watched my watch because of the sign on the wall saying to ring the buzzer. I was close to ringing the buzzer when someone came in. It also would be nice if you had cat treats in the room to go along with the dog treats that I saw.

White Rock is awesome! Dr. Miller is very detailed and straight forward - much appreciated!!! A great atmosphere, super awesome staff and service beyond compare.

While the vet technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the billing process, I felt as though she went very fast and my brain didn t have enough time to process. As this was my first visit to this hospital and my first vet visit overall with my Fiance s dog, I was a little confused by the amount of potential charges. While we did end up deferring some of the line items for other visits in the future, the overall experience was a little overwhelming. Due to the amount of items on a invoice, I would suggest walking through each one very slowly and pausing for understanding or questions. Also, there were no other customers in the receiving area at the time of my visit, yet it took about 10 minutes of sitting before we were escorted to the back and once I was in the room, I felt we were alone for long periods of time in between people coming in to see us. I didn t hear a lot of things happening around outside the room besides socializing. Not trying to be nit-picky or rude, I just want to be honest about my experience.

I’m new to town and needed a vet for my puppy who ate some foreign objects. I called and He was seen by a veterinarian within 30 minutes. I was impressed with their compassion. It was obvious they truly enjoy what they do. I will continue to bring my dogs here. Thank you

Great first time experience!! Edna and Dr. Lampert were ver knowledgeable, very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. With their great treatment, I was able to feel way less stressed about my pet s issue. I felt very lucky to have been helped out by Dr. Lambert and Edna and the White Rock Animal Hospital staff.
