My only concern was when I called for Ratchet’s lab results, it seemed as Jennifer had never been asked for results before and was super confused as to why I would even ask. That felt like there was something to hide. I did end up getting his results, because I’m curious about his health, but I didn’t think it should have been a big deal.

I am very satisfied with White Rock, Dr. Lempert, the techs, and the staff and care they’ve provided for our bunnies. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. My only gripe is that since I live in south Austin the drive can be a pain, but it is worth it! Thank you.

We have never had an issue with the staff here. Everyone is friendly and has patience because i have one fiesty chihuahua and one dramatic one!

The check-in was completed much more quickly than usual as an employee was immediately available to facilitate completing the paperwork. I appreciate that. Is this paperwork available to be completed in advance of the drop off?

For a couple of first-time pet owners, we were nervous about bringing our puppy in because we didn t know all the questions that we should ask, but the staff and the doctor treated us with the upmost respect care, consideration, and friendliness.

Overall I m satisfied with the care that the cats get. My only complaint is that the billing was NOT claerly explained to me. I asked for a price to kennel both cats and was given a quote. So when I get there I was told that the quote I was given was only for one cat. Very frustrating. There is room for improvement on communication on your part.

This visit was, as usual, full of caring for my pets and my learning more about them. Thank you!!

I had dealings with a previous vet inside a pet store when I lived in CA and didn t want to go through that again (they didn t seem to care about the patient) - you guys are the opposite of that - informative, compassionate and took time care in explaining the health issues with my daughter s gerbil to her - even though the animal is old and getting ill, it was the best experience I ever had at a vet and will never go anywhere else

We received expired medical pads. They were initialed so I am assuming the vet knew. As a new customer I was surprised no one explained that to us. Not to mention a discount should have been offered on the $25 pads.

It s always a pleasure seeing Dr. Miller! Everyone is great there. So good with my cats.

The only thing I wasn t a big fan of was paying while still in the room only because, if we weren t moving, I would have liked to have paid at the front desk and made another appointment for 6 months. Other than that everything was awesome!

Great clinic. We love Dr. Jack and every other doc and tech who has helped us!

Aside from having to listen to my kitty whine and complain on the trip there and back, the staff at the hospital are always pleasant. The technicians and Dr. Lisa are very professional and caring.
