I really wish you wouldn t try to offer extras just to make money. I spent over $170 for a simple feline conjunctivitis; $40 of which were for some Lysine treats when I already explained I d just drop a Lysine tab in the water. I later found those same treats online for $9.99. I ll use ZippiVet whenever possible for this reason.

The Vet Tech that assisted today was exceptional. She made an excellent medical recommendation that helped discover Cisco s medical problem. It was obvious she took her job very seriously, and she interacted seamlessly with the Vet.

The vet was wonderful!! I normally see Dr. Riggins but he was booked. My only concern was that a medicine was prescribed that I paid $44 for-just 11 doses -and was told I could give it to my rabbit every day. I mentioned to the tech it was expensive and she said if I went to the online store I could get a bigger bottle for a better price. I asked if I could buy it on another online site and she was very evasive and said It is prescription only but didn t offer me a prescription. When I went home and checked your online store I noticed the exact meds I just bought in the office were $20 more than the exact meds from your online store. I called the office to make sure I wasn t charged the wrong price and the receptionist looked it up and said I wasn t, that the online price is made to be competitive with other online sites. She understood why I was a bit confused, especially since I asked about cheaper prices online, and she said she was going to talk to the office manager about crediting me the $20 difference and that she would call me back. I never heard back. I have always loved this office and the vets, but I am upset about how this was handled.

Our experience with White Rock has already been so different from other vets we’ve been to. We’re grateful for the care and more holistic approach to our dog’s issues. We have full faith in the staff at White Rock and look forward to making this our new go-to vet.

Love the feel when going in the clinic. Everyone is really caring. I do always get nervous about how much things will cost me when walking out but everyone Just sayin’ upfront with the cost. I would like to see their prices come down so that it is more affordable.

I don t feel the veterinarian listened to me during this visit. Several of the responses she gave to my statements indicated an unwillingness to listen or a lack of attention to what I was saying.

More email communications regarding changes or updates- like the online ordering for flea/tick and heart worm prevention. The staff was great!

General Scrunchie and I had a great visit with the doctor and the rest of the staff. I enjoy coming here and feel like Scrunch is getting the good veterinary care that he deserves and that the staff cares. I had a little bit of a wait but I heard there was an emergency and those things just happen. We did not mind waiting.

Doctor Lempert was so friendly and helpful and even sent me a picture update.
