I was very happy with the care I received from Dr. Hannah, the student (sorry, I forget her name) and the techs. They took time to answer all my questions about my horses and dogs.

Amazing people and so wonderful to my dogs and I never went to the westlock vet clinic and when my dog needed to go to the emergency she was so sweet and kind and she put me on file even though they were probably full and my other dog on the same file as well and so they are so sweet and they listen so well what amazing people.

I have always received excellent service. Susan was great with my dog and kept the conversation going so he didn’t get more nervous than he already was. I always appreciate that all staff members assume the dog is friendly first. Worth the hour and a half drive.

Honestly all of it was great, I was early and asked to do X-rays before teeth and they had already set up for teeth but accommodated my request anyways. The knowledge was great, and I got the answers I needed.

The vet graciously stayed late to meet us as we came urgently from north of Athabasca on the night before Thanksgiving. She quickly allayed our worst fears about our dog s condition after performing a few tests. Her explanations were thorough and concise. Our dog has made a full recovery.
