Dr Jackson and the whole team were very friendly and professional, while not making us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions. Everything was explained clearly and we were given plenty of time to ask about anything. The clinic is nice and it s very clean and organized. Very impressed!

I was extremely happy to see again Dr Brendden Hilgartner who diagnosed Chester with Shaker syndrome two years ago. Chester had suffered for many years and the symptoms were getting more frequent. Chester had a great quality of life the last two years, giving him back his joyful life. I will never forget what you did. Chester is now 16 1/2 years old, and I only wish he could have another 10 years to enjoy life but I guess I might be asking too much. Thank you for your dedication to our loved furry friends.

Been using this facility for a long time. I’d have to sit down and do math for the literal years I’ve utilized Westlock Vet for a lot of our vet needs. I’m the kind of person to never return somewhere if I was or my pets were treated poorly. That’s not the case here in all those years.

They took very good care of my furry friend, as well as the follow up call a couple days after surgery was very appreciated!
