I have never been asked to leave a deposit before, nor will I . I asked not to be called as I was going to be charged. I have never had to do either ever and will not.

Brought our kitty in as an emergency and were seen right away, that was awesome, just too bad you don t have anyone checking on the animals overnight, so we had to transfer her to a 24 hour emergency clinic in Edmonton. If we had known that we would have taken her there from the start, because even though her chart was sent over to the clinic they redid some of the procedures and I ended up paying twice for the same thing.

It was first time to the clinic the staff and veterinary were so nice and the vet was so knowledgeable and did a great exam of my horse I was very happy.

Staff were able to do my dogs nails, he hates clippers, really quick with no visible anxiety when they brought him back out. Will definately be back!

I could not believe how amazing everything and everyone was. My wife and I won’t be going anywhere else for anything.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. I always feel like my pets are in good hands when I come here, which is why I drive the extra 45 minutes from Athabasca to come here! I had a vet tech student who was really thorough with my dog and made sure any concerns I had were brought up to the vet. I am very happy with the care we received and will be back!

We’ve been coming to Westlock Veterinary for twelve years now and the dogs always enjoy it and are happy to see the staff and the doctors both. They are never anxious about it and I directly associate their calm with the people there. We have experienced good and kind care for our canine family members … in life and in death. Experienced doctors, Compassion and love are plentiful and appreciated.
