It was our first time here dropping off puppies for their first appointment with mama. The lobby was a little busy but it was the end of day Friday before a long weekend. Everyone was fantastic, the puppies and mother dog were well cared for and the appointment was quick.

I always have a great experience with Sven looking after my horses! The student that was with us was amazing as well! I really enjoyed chatting with her. Thank you for all you guys do!

I was pleased with speed, the price, and the care my one-year-old dog was given. I ve been able to follow-up since and receive after-care advice. I did think the delay in booking the appointment was a little long, but we are not a regular client at this clinic and so perhaps that is to be expected. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you!

I was very impressed with Doctor Jolene Lawrence. The dogs liked her too once they relaxed being in a new vet clinic. I find all the staff very helpul and nice and so pleasant to talk to. They share lots of information as I have a lot of questions. Dr Lawrence answered all my questions and explained them all. It was an excellent visit and so glad we switched clinics from Edmonton, we loved our old Vet Dr Meger but we rarely saw him as our scheduled never worked out. I will still order food from Capilano as it is much cheaper and same online store than you offer. Even with shipping it is still a huge savings. But over all great place, clean, friendly, helpful and great vet and staff.
