I did think the delay in booking the appointment was a little long, but we are not a regular client at this clinic and so perhaps that is to be expected. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you!

I was very impressed with Doctor Jolene Lawrence. The dogs liked her too once they relaxed being in a new vet clinic. I find all the staff very helpul and nice and so pleasant to talk to. They share lots of information as I have a lot of questions. Dr Lawrence answered all my questions and explained them all. It was an excellent visit and so glad we switched clinics from Edmonton, we loved our old Vet Dr Meger but we rarely saw him as our scheduled never worked out. I will still order food from Capilano as it is much cheaper and same online store than you offer. Even with shipping it is still a huge savings. But over all great place, clean, friendly, helpful and great vet and staff.

The entire experience was positive. I called for an urgent care inquiry and they saw my cat immediately. They kept me informed about the tests and results instantly and never pushed for an unnecessary treatments. They were honest and informative. My cat was ready to be picked up shortly after and a plan and appointment was already made for 2 weeks. From speaking to the wonderful reception, to vet techs and veterinarian, everyone was so kind and non-judgemental. The most caring team that I am fortunate to have so close for my animals.
