The staff at westlock veterinary centre are outstanding! They listen to all of your concerns and give you every possible opportunity for your fur ones without absolutely breaking the bank! Highly highly recommended

I could not believe how amazing everything and everyone was. My wife and I won’t be going anywhere else for anything.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. I always feel like my pets are in good hands when I come here, which is why I drive the extra 45 minutes from Athabasca to come here! I had a vet tech student who was really thorough with my dog and made sure any concerns I had were brought up to the vet. I am very happy with the care we received and will be back!

We’ve been coming to Westlock Veterinary for twelve years now and the dogs always enjoy it and are happy to see the staff and the doctors both. They are never anxious about it and I directly associate their calm with the people there. We have experienced good and kind care for our canine family members … in life and in death. Experienced doctors, Compassion and love are plentiful and appreciated.

They saw my cat same day and were so quick and efficient. Instructions were clear and my cat is doing well! I appreciate them so much!

This was my first visit. It was slightly an emergency one. With two bottle fed goats bloating at home. The vet was able to get us some medicine ready to pick up. It was my first time realizing there’s an on call vet. Which I think is amazing to the community. We just recently moved from Leduc, a much larger area. They never had anything like this. The vet was incredibly knowledgable, I feel as if I was kind of annoying cause I kept asking so many questions haha. But he was so patient with me and reassured me everything was going to be okay. Our goats bloating went down immediately after medicine was administered and I am very very please and happy to have such a great vet clinic in the town we chose to live in. ??

Everything was excellent, and the vet was very nice and friendly. They took care of our dogs and his needs. We re very happy with the service.

Thank you to all of the staff (reception/techs/Dr.Susan) for treating my concerns about my dog s (Pickles) allergies as important and worthwhile. As a pet owner, it s easy to worry about whether you re overreacting, but you made me feel comfortable, respected, and supported. I truly appreciate your whole teams willingness to also accommodate me bringing our second dog (Pancakes) with us into the appointment. He is in training and can be an handful, but you were all open to having us enter the exam room quickly to avoid interactions with other animals and to having him tag along.

Everyone was great.We took Maxx in as an emergency and they got him in and out of there in great time and he is now feeling much better.

I couldn t have ask for better service and care for our sweet Elmer that crossed the rainbow Bridge ?? Everyone was so kind and allowed me to spend as much time with Elmer as I needed.
