It would’ve been nice to be able to go in with my pet for the exam. I know other veterinary practises are doing that as long as people are wearing masks. I can’t comment on the cleanliness of them establishment as I was not inside

I am very pleased with the staff and Dr Steve very friendly knowledgeable and I have a big trust on them .

Excellent care, as always, which is why we travel from Belgo (next to Black Mountain) to see Dr Wilson. Britney is extremely helpful always, and shows good common sense in how to proceed. Angela was also very helpful on the phone also.

Your prices are 2,5 times more expensive than other vets. When I asked for an explanation, I was given the customer service default answer. I felt like I was being told to deal with it. We don’t care.

The vet only came out after my dog was taken in. I would suggest that the vet come out and talk to us before seeing the pet, especially not having known any pre-existing conditions since it was our first time here.

You are all amazing. It’s clear you love what you do! Wasn’t inside so can’t comment on office:)

I tried to give a five star review for the first 4 but it wouldn t let me. Or at least the star didn t show that it had been selected.

So I brought my dog Sam in and we left with him having two prescriptions one in elixir 10 tablet the elixir has been a pain to give Sam spilling all over the place and I went online and there was the option to have a tablet and I wish I would have been told that I could have a tablet form and I would have taken that otherwise things went really well. I was actually going to call Monday morning to see if I can switch this elixir for a tablet because every time we give him a dose it’s all over the place

I have been going to Lakeshore Animal Clinic since the mid 80’s . Over the years , I have found the staff to always be professional , informative , and incredibly caring with myself and my pets . The location and parking is convenient and the premises are clean and thoughtfully designed. I applaud their management of care during the difficult COVID pandemic.

The cone provided for Lily tore her neck badly. The material cut off all the fur and then broke the skin. The cone which I brought works extremely well and I tried to insist that we use it. So we have wasted $30.00. Everything else was top notch. Thank you
