I was under the impression that I would be informed if the more expensive part of the pet care would be needed. I was not informed until after and felt that I did not have the choice for the more expensive part of the pet care.

My cat was unwell and Lakeshore Clinic worked to find an appointment for her asap. All the staff were helpful and caring. Dr Wilson gently examined my cat and thoroughly explained the medical problem and recommended treatment.. Dr Wilson and his staff were compassionate and understanding throughout our appointment. This is a very dedicated and caring animal clinic.

I click on the stars but it doesn t seem to be working. The only thing I don t like is that when I took Suzie to the clinic in Lake Country they clipped her nails for free with a checkup and here I am charged $18 for a five minute job. I agree that you should charge when I bring her in specifically for a nail clipping. Thanks. Otherwise everything is great.

first visit with our new puppy and there were protocols due to covid, but the vet called me and we chat for almost a half hour . She cared a lot about my pup and gave great advice and answered all my questions. I was really impressed. I thought their fees were really reasonable too compared to our old vet office .

Excellent. It was a very positive experience for our 12 week puppy Glen. We first started going to Dr Wilson when we lived two minutes away on Lakeshore Road. We now live at the end of Springfield, in the Belgo area but Lakeshore Animal Hospital is still our vet of choice.
