Didn’t see the office. We were outside.

The new “wait outside” protocol was well handled - the assistant came out twice and the vet once so lots of back and forthing but all done with good grace and positivity.

I rated all as 5 Stars.....also appreciated to go in with Sofika for her check-up.

Definitely prefer to be with my dog while the annual exam is taking place, easier to ask questions and get better updates.

My little dog was seen as an emergency After being attacked by another dog and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The level of care and professionalism is always 100%, I highly recommend Lakeshore Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a good veterinarian. I am pleased to report that my little guy will be fine!

Was a bit difficult to share pet info while not being with my pet during the exam. I felt like a few things were missed but maybe it was too much information for one appointment! I know you are all doing the best you can!

I have been very diligent in researching and finding the proper diet and treatments pertaining to my CKD cat. I was in Kelowna with my cat when she became ill. I randomly called a few vet clinics, none of whom had time to help us but then I called Lakeshore Vet Clinic. They without hesitation told me to bring her in immediately. Dr. Wilson’s concern and expertise was more than what I could have hoped for. I can’t thank him and his team enough for their immediate and effective treatment.

For Rabies: Kita s breed is American Eskimo not Canadian Eskimo, we hope this is not a problem if we plan to cross the US border. Curbside service was great!

Thank you for taking care of Jaxon & Pebbles. It is a little tuff not to be with our pets when they have an appointment but you are all so kind and caring that makes it so much easier. I was very pleased with Lakeshore Animal Clinic. I had a bit of an emergency and was seen the same day I phoned, and was treated very courteously, and promptly. Highly reccommend.
