An emergency with a dog came in while we were waiting; the staff were very professional and good about keeping us aware of what was happening and the wait was minimal. I feel confident that if I had an emergency with my pet that I would take preference as well.

Always a good experience. You can really tell how much Dr.Wilson cares about your pets, as he is always happy to take time to chat and always asks if we have any additional questions or concerns.

I m not sure which visit this is in regards to (as I ve had 3 in the past 2 weeks, haha!). The only feedback I have is when I brought in Mako to get his pre-dental cleaning blood work done (March 16), I was under the impression that it would be a fast appointment. I thought he would be taken in quickly, blood drawn, and we would be done within 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately the wait time was long, and I was concerned about Mako s nerves as there were several dogs present (either waiting room or in exam rooms). I hadn t given him anything for anxiety as I thought it might affect his blood work, and also because I thought we wouldn t be there for very long. Anywho, that s my only complaint! You guys are great and I appreciate how well you treat my kitties. :)
