I am always incredibly impressed on how fast we are able to be seen when we have an issue which requires time-sensitivity. My dog was sprayed and bitten by a skunk and we were able to be seen within an hour of when I called on a Saturday. The speediness was the same when my other dog required sutures. The speediness, availability and quality of care are superb.

I think I should b able to decline a heartworm test and still be able to purchase heartworm pills. I know my pet has been giving consistent heartworm prevention.

I really like Dr. Unruh. She doesn t rush, and her explanations are always great. You can tell she genuinely loves dogs, and seeing her joy over my new rescue puppy was heartwarming:)

I was very pleased with my visit to Northrock Animal Hospital. Once I arrived, I was directed to one of the exam rooms. The young lady that came in and took my information on Teak was very pleasant and acted like she was really interested in what I had to say. The vet gave Teak a thorough exam, then explained to me what she had done and why. She then proceeded to tell me what my best options were to help Teak. Overall I was very pleased with my visit.

I was astounded at the price for vaccines for our dog Finn. We’ve been to PSP in the past and had all three of our dogs vaccinated for half that amount. It will not be possible for us to continue bringing our pets to Northrock in the current economy. I’m on a fixed income and it’s more important for me to have them fed and groomed than vaccinated. That’s just the harsh reality.

5 stars for almost everything. I was disappointed that the Vet did NOT suggest a med to reduce my dog s very 105 high fever, instead, it was just a list of what they would perform. Otherwise, everyone was very nice, and if I have another emergency & can t see my reg Vet, I will call Northrock.

I was very pleased with everything, expecially the way Dr. Unruh tested Comet and gave her a good checkup. Joyce Wagner lives here in the CCC and I see her just about every mornng when I walk Comet. I am so glad she referred me to Dr. Unruh and said I wuld be well pleased which I was. I think the whole staff was very friendly and I will be back.] ===
