Awesome staff....love the techs and how kind they are to my Cardigan Corgi...he HATES having his nails clipped but he also seems to love seeing all the different people. Dr. Rypma is the best!

They were amazing. I think the vet I saw was named Liz (if not I’m sorry) and I have no clue who the nurse was (again I’m so sorry) but both were amazing and did so good with my dog (he’s not the biggest fan of new people) and they answered all of my questions. I think my favorite part tho was the fact that we went in to book a neuter and they took the time to see if there were any other issues and are trying to fix the problem before we go through with the surgery.

We love Dr Michelle!! So grateful that she evaluated our Beau in hours, diagnosed & got him started insulin. He is our happy happy dog again!! Love your staff, you are all extradinary!

I was notified that a technician could give my dog shot which was administered quickly. This really surprised me because I expected a lengthy waiting time which is usually the norm.

It is getting so expensive there. I kinda dread coming in because it’s always couple hundred dollars. Also, I was standing at the desk trying to pay when someone else came in that many of the girls obviously knew and the girl helping me just got up and went to get the other gals dog and I was just standing there like “hello… I thought someone was helping me” another girl picked up where the other had left off.

We have been ‘patients’ for 10 years and feel our pup has never received better care from such competent and caring professionals. We are blessed to have Northrock Veterinary in our community.

I did not like that tests were done without asking me first! I never complete some of these as they are not needed. Ember is ALWAYS reseated for heart worms etc there is NO reason to test for it, nor fecal worms etc. In the future I will be VERY verbal to ONLY complete the tests I approve! She had seen vets before we simply needed vaccines. Which I stated when I made the appointment.

Bobo nails could been cut a little shorter. But I have no choice.

We love the staff and services provided the prices are kinda high though.

We just had a vaccination appointment with a technician. It was quick and easy for both me and my dog. The technician was very friendly as was the office staff who checked us in and out.
