Dr. Horton was very good with my dog and explained way in advance things that were wrong and how to fix it.

Dr. Horton and staff we re amazing with the care of Dixie (Little Fiona).

We were not told that we would be billed for an urgent care appointment. When I called in the morning I was told that there was two openings in the morning for urgent care appointments but there was a 2pm appointment in the afternoon, which I assumed was just a regular appointment. If you have appointments available I don’t think that is right to charge for an urgent care amount. I can understand if the patient is being squeezed in.

There is a male vet tech there my dog seems uncomfortable with and I dont recall his name but I may ask for someone else next time I visit. Otherwise everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Schroeder was amazing and so was the veterinary assistant but unfortunately I don’t remember her name.

Saw Dr Horton for the first time. Loved her. Very nice, personable and takes time with you.

Dr. Schroeder was amazing at listening to our concerns and answered all questions that we had regarding our dog. She goes above and beyond in the care that she provides. She s a wonderful Dr.

Dr. Tanner is wonderful. Great bedside manner. Answers questions to the best of her ability. Shows a genuine care and love for each pet. Great addition to the staff. Front desk is wonderful, friendly and answers questions to the best of their ability. Good solutions on trying to save money with drugs thru either vet source or Chewy.

It was great. Will definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to take their animals to.

I absolutely love all the staff at Westside an the care my dogs have received. Two of my dogs passed away last December they both were 17 yrs old & Bella she’s still hanging in there with Dr Horten treatment for her dementia she still happy an doing well she will be 18 yrs old in March she’s been there patient since she was 5 weeks old.

Always an excellent experience. Very caring staff. I always feel like they give me time to explain what s going on and never rush me.

I was not comfortable sending my cat back without me. Only my 2nd time in your office and I didn t see what was what. Not okay.

there are very few that have same day emergency service like you guys. I appreciate the great service. Juno is feeling alot better.
