I was very happy with the clinic! We have been going to the same clinic for 20+ years and decided with the new puppy we would try West Side Animal clinic as it is much closer to us. I ll definitely be coming back. Everyone was so nice and the veterinarian was so nice too and very helpful.

I have been bringing my pets to your facility for over 25 plus years. After the way the young lady with longer blondish hair treated me at the front desk, I will sadly not be coming back and will be taking my pets elsewhere. I loved working with Dr. Horton as she is an amazing vet and we absolutely love Paula and Christy at the front desk, but sadly I cannot say the same about her “newer” front office staff.

Great staff! Everyone is so friendly and patient. Love Dr Horton. She s the best! Love the new facility. Care Credit was acting up. Even got a follow up call to let me know they were able to get it to go through the next day. I appreciated knowing for sure the bill was taken care of.

You all were amazing with getting my dog in and seen right away. You were slow and understanding with Zeus and his anxiety. We could not be happier
