You all were amazing with getting my dog in and seen right away. You were slow and understanding with Zeus and his anxiety. We could not be happier

$40 for 2 dogs nail trims is outrageous. I understand prices going up but it nearly doubled which is absurd. No one said anything until I went to pay. I was told it was $15 per dog, but one of the dogs had to have 2 techs hold him down and it’s $5 per tech. I know the dog that had to be held down is very anxious and tends to nip due to being scared of the noise the nail trimmers make so I always let them know they should muzzle him as I’d never want anyone to get hurt, but my husband could have held him down instead of two techs. We’ve never been charged per tech before. That’s just unreasonable for nail trims. Unfortunately I’ll have to try to find somewhere else to take them for this as I’m not paying that amount again.

Dr. Schroeder is amazing, she’s professional, kind informative and truly cares for my fur babies. The front desk staff and friendly and very helpful.

West Side Animal Clinic has always been great with my fur babies. I started going way back when Dr. Alford was there and have never been anywhere else. Everyone is always so helpful and they genuinely care for my kitties. Thank you!

direct conversation and discussion with the Vet and not the assistant will be ideal. Detail explanation of my pets condition, expectations as to recovery or progression of the illness, this will help reduce anxiety

Dr. Schroeder was very attentive to our cat, Morty, during our recent visit. Dr. Schroeder listened to my concerns and provided valuable feedback and suggestions for how to treat Morty s health issue.

I have been bringing our pets there since moving to Hamilton. I have never been disappointed in the care my babies receive. I recently moved an hour away and switching vets has never even been a second thought. Everyone in the building is always kind and professional. WSAC is an asset to the community!

I want to thank dr Dickerson and his vet tech for the way they took care of ruby. We all know Ruby gets soooo stressed but they handled her with such love and care. They made us both feel at ease. Thank you for all the years we have been coming to west side animal clinic. It’s the best.

We had never seen Dr.Tanner and my husband Bob and my son Brett did not approve of her suggestions for food like Purina with fillers and corn meal. We have been feeding both Blue and Trey cooked, fresh food like Farmer s Dog which she had never heard of before. Did Dr. Tanner fill-in for someone? We love Dr. Horton and the other two female vets. This visit left Trey very spooked. He has never come home from the vet behaving like this. He doesn t wag his tail which he AWAYS does non-stop. He doesn t want to stand. He eats and drinks with a lot of coaxing but won t stand and go to his food dish. We have to bring his dish to him. It s so odd. Then when Debbie spoke to my angry husband, she criticized him for not being too concerned since it had been two days since the vet visit. She offered us to bring in Trey for observation, but we do not want to be charged for that on top of the high bill for an annual visit and the same shots our dogs always have been given.

No complaints for West Side Animal Clinic and Dr Horton saw us. She is through and very friendly and answers questions that I can understand. I highly recommend this Clinic.

West side Animal clinic is always so personable with my 4 legged children & make him feel like one of their own! I appreciate all of their compassion!
