I think I found a new vet. Very impressed. Everyone was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Squid, my cat, is healing well after being treated. Dr and Vet Tech were great with animals. Squid and I are extremely grateful!

The vet at the end of the visit checked my dogs ears because I said it smelt strange… she swapped the ears and said she would check to see if it was yeast… came back and said it was a double ear infection… told me she was putting medicine in both ears, I said fine.5 minutes later, I went to check out. I was charged 98.00 for the cytology, which was ridiculous since they just looked at the specimen under the microscope. Also, charged me 96.32 for the Claro Otic solution for both ears. I called Vet Rx Direct and they charge 26.56 for each dose, which would total 53.12. I refused to pay the 98.00 for the cytology … asked to speak to a manager and was told he was busy and would call me later. My appointment was on 9/9… never heard from anyone.Absolutely disgusting business practices… third time here at this location… and definitely the last time.

The tech has been there several years and I have always appreciated his kinndness to me and my (Scaredy) Cat. He was even more responsive and helpful than in prior visits. I wishj I remembered his name. The provider was new to us and she appeared angry? annoyed? or agitated by the animals inability to tolerate a full mouth exam without getting terrfied and going into aggressive mode. I understand this can be pretty scary; she was not the first vet to have a negative reaction, but it5 is always hard for me (and the Cat?) when tha happens....Once he was in his crate and we were talking, she was more resposive and answered questions easily.

I want to say Nicole at the front desk was so helpful when I called to make an appointment to come in with my dog, she was knowledgeable when I asked her questions, very nice. Then their was Bonnie the tech who was very nice she took care of my dog, very friendly. Looking forward for another visit.

I think that when you have an appointment far before the date, you should be told if you are scheduled with a new provider so you can reschedule if your pet is very timid and does not do well with a new doctor everytime they are seen.
