Love the ladies who work at the desk and the techs. We trust everyone has our dogs best interests in mind. Our only negative comment is that the prices seem to be even more expensive than they once were For Maine we pay more for vet care than we do when we’re in California which seems alittle absurd. We can afford to pay the prices but it makes me sad for people who cannot take their pets to the vet because of the high costs.

We were vacationing in Ogunquit when or dog Molly got sick. Dr. Sevigny and his staff were all amazing. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to see us promptly. You could truly tell how much they loved animal and their job. I would use Dr. Sevigny as our primary veterinarian if we lived closer. Thank you all for your help! Lindsey Bushey

The visit took five minutes, so the $90 visit fee was a little steep, as was the $58 for 14 rimadyl. I can get 30 of them from Chewy.com for $8.

The experience was fine although I never received follow up regarding my cats blood work to let me know how it looked or a copy of the results. Maybe you are waiting for the urinalysis prior to contacting me but all vets in the past has provided this information. After leaving googled what is considered a senior cat and it seems that most places consider it 10 years old vs. 7. However, my cat has asthma and is systematically on an inhaler so I know the vet usually likes to track bloodwork but the cost of the workup on the cat seems excessive. Costs were extensive, I was planning that a usual visit would be $250 in the past and this was over $400. When I received a quote for a dental exam it was between $500-$2500 there is no way to budget or plan for a procedure like that. I have cat insurance but it doesn t cover preventative. This examination to help ensure she remains healthy comes at such a premium, I m uncertain how anyone can afford it. I understand living in this area comes with an up-charge but I do not like feeling as if I m getting taken advantage of. I will finish the Feline Leukemia vaccination but unfortunately will be looking for another vet.

The office and staff was very inviting. They were all trained and very helpful. I Was happy with their services.

I appreciate being able to get Duncan Marshmellow in for a brief exam. Any ratings that were not 5 star is only because you are so crazy busy right now with the seasonal folks…and you only have so much time. I understand that! Nicole, Bonnie, Dr. Kraft, and the reception staff were all very welcoming and made my experience (and my dog s) smooth, despite being a same-day ask for a new patient. One suggestion I have would be to provide two printouts: 1) a visit summary describing what all the dog was diagnosed with and what steps were taken at the visit/next steps needed, and 2) an instruction set for what to do with all the medications - frequency/dose is on the package, but for how long, with/without food, whether we should watch out for side effects, etc. THANK YOU for such great service!

We were very impressed with Dr Chris knowledge and how he explained things in lay mans terms. The only issue we had was our appointment was for 4.15 and it was closer to 4.45 before we were brought into a room, also no one explained or made an attempt to apology for the delay.
