My experience at wells dog and cat hospital has been absolutely fantastic. Dr. Craft, and Dr. Sevigny are both so knowledgeable and take the time to listen to our needs every time we have been there with my dog, Foster. The staff is also always so friendly and caring. On our last visit, Kevin was our vet tech and you could really tell he genuinely cared about our little guy. He was extremely helpful, and reassured us when we were feeling nervous about our dogs surgery. Bonnie has also gone above and beyond for us. When I called early in the morning because my dog was in pain, she promptly sprang into action making sure that all of our dogs needs were met. From scheduling surgery, to calling in medication over an hour away to accommodate to us. Bonnie always made us feel like a priority when she had a million other things to juggle. The staff never makes us feel bad for calling in with a bunch of questions. They encourage them and take the time to answer each one. Kathy is another employee who has been so helpful through everything. I could go on and on about how great each one of these staff members are, but really all I want to say is, Thank you. I can not recommend a better place to take your pet.

There always seems to be a long wait time before being seen. I m used to it now, but continue to arrive on time. Dog is anxious with long wait time, but understand the doctor needs to attend to other s needs as well.

This was my first visit to your place with my cat. I was nervous at first. However, I felt very relaxed with Kevin and dr. Sevigny as well as girls up front. I didn’t feel like the doctor was rushing to see his next patient. He explained things so I understood. I felt that they cared about my cat. I will definitely recommend your facility. I think the charges are exorbitant. I would like to know what the charges are BEFORE we check out. I would appreciate more time with our actual veterinarian. The assistant was nice and helpful but we go there to see the vet.
