I was very pleased with the services. I plan on following up for routine care since the emergency help was so good.

During Covid, we don t see the provider. Our dog is taken in on her own. I completely understand why. However, I miss being able to ask the provider any ancillary questions or questions that come up during our time there.

I am very satisfied with excellent medical care, given to my pet Boo, staff is courteous, professional, Dr. Fedy, Dr Kim and Dr Singla are the best, plaudits!

Everything went well; my only frustration was that the confirm link on the appointment reminder didn t work and so I had to call in.

That was my first time visit. Staff was very nice and they answered and explain my questions. Don t have experience with the facilities ( because of restrictions) Took 2 hours for the visit( i understand its a hospital you cant predict how long will take) Definitely go back if i need their help.

I have always found your facility to be caring and efficient when I take pogo there. He has been going there ever since moved back to s.f.

Did not go into office. According to emails I have recently received, my dog supposedly due for Bottedella shot. Nothing was said at last visit. Also in the past I’ve repeatdly requested md’s notes of visits. And have been ignored. The billings day nothing of value to me. I want detailed of health history. Thank you,

Excellent attention and great attitude by the staff

Seemless operation, especially with vet techs coming to the car for check in, review billing, etc.Very impressed with Lizette and Dr. who saw my dogs. He gave a thorough review of findings and suggested plan. May I suggest that the billing include diagnoses, what the meds prescribed are for, and name of Doctor? Thanks!

Did not enter the office so I just chose 3 stars by default. Making an appointment was easy but the wait to be seen was long, especially stuck on the sidewalk

I had a very hard time understanding the Vet that saw my puppy. This was our first visit to the Vet. Although I had a list of questions for the doctor to answer, I didn t feel it was fully explained or perhaps if it was, I didn t understand it. I had to call back to the hospital to have the doctor clarify some of my questions but it s been two days but I haven t received a call back yet. I was not informed about what was actually checked on my puppy.

Although it makes things hard, I appreciate the hopsital s attention to coronavirus precautions.

The vet tech I spoke with was very helpful and explained things well. I would have liked a chance to understand more about what is happening with my dog. If I couldn’t speak with the vet, then a written report or literature about what could possibly be happening would be helpful.

I would like to actually get my receipt via email. I was told I was going to get it via email but still haven’t received it and I was there Monday .

My suggestion when waiting in the car there should be a number so you know where the patient at so filling out the form the patient can write down the number in the parking lot or model of their car. Overall the experience was fantastic and fast with superb customer service. Thanks Ocean Vet. Staff and doctors and technician.

I realized there was a huge scratch on my dogs belly after her appointment that was not there before. It would have been nice to know what had happened at the time of picking her up and have an explanation provided.

The Ocean Avenue Vet Hospital is the best reasonable veterinary hospital with reliable services. They are fond of my three wild gay cats. My cats call me a sugar daddy.

I don’t know about office facilities. Due to COVID, I was unable to step inside. I can’t provide an actual number for that.
