All Staff were extremely friendly and explained everything very well, including billing. We did not receive a paper copy of the billing information but I am sure if we had asked for one we would have received. Very happy to be taking our pup back for a second visit.

it was easy enough! the only thing that threw me off was that i wasn’t aware that to check in i had to call the front desk! so i stood outside for a while just waiting thinking that someone was gonna come to check me in

All staff were lovely and professional. I would have preferred to receive a paper receipt with list of costs, as well as a written summary of instructions for post visit care.

Dr Fady seems very nice. He said he would call Mon about her heart murmur. I was reading bios of Vets in your office and wondered if the lady who went to UC Davis and Iowell High School could be Tulips primary care Dr as I worked at Lowell for many years. Does Tulip need to be checked when she finishes her meds. I feel Tulip will be in good hands at Ocean Ave Joan Lawrie

Just wanted to say I was extremely impressed by your veterinary services. The Vet was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and honest. Ive been struggling to find a vet that actually calls me back or doesn t try to tack on unnecessary tests or procedures. I will be recommending Ocean Ave vet to others and will be using your services from now on. Thank you!

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions (not being allowed in the office), I can t comment on the cleanliness of the facilities. The process of checking in by Text and staying in the car works very well. Thanks.

my cat had blood stains on her coat from her blood draw when i brought her home, i would ve liked for her to have been taken care of better. Dr. Deepti Pal is amazing.

Overall the service was great given the craziness that covid brings. The only aspect that wasn t so great is that it took so much longer - which I am sure you have tried to remedy and it might not actually be possible. Love Ocean Pet, Dr. Singla and recommend you at every opportunity!

I was a new patient and tried to fill out the forms in advance. I ended up needing to fill out paper forms in person which was a little frustrating and probably resulted in delays in seeing the provider. The staff was friendly, but as this was my first visit after adopting this dog I expected a little more information from the provider, including what to expect and when I would get my dog s lab results back. I understand COVID has made things complicated and I would like to come back to Ocean Ave, but I wish I had received more information about what to expect.

Friendly staff with good communication and a very pleasant visit today

The only downside was having to stay outside because of Covid and lack of parking. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The explanations of the treatment was a little chaotic because we were outside. But overall very happy with the care. A plus for the vet staff

So happy with my experience! I am a new cat owner and my kittens sutures got infected. I called this office crying on a Monday night. They were so kind! They got my cat in the next day. They took great care of her. Even during their covid process. They were alert, kind and very on top of it. Dr took amazing care of my kitty Penny. Can’t wait to take her back and know she’s in great hands!!! There was a group full of happy animal owners outside. The team showed urgency!

The MD and all of the staff were very nice. Kharan (sp) was particularly kind and helpful

I was informed that my invoice would be mailed to me that evening. It was not. When I sent a note the next day, reception said they would send it. It still has not arrived. I again sent an email, and am still waiting. I need the invoice for my pet insurance. Followup is lackiing.
