I was super nervous and scared for my “fur baby”, but the staff was extremely helpful and understanding. They even called to follow up and see how she was doing after her visit! I will definitely be using 2nd street for all of my cat’s needs!

Front deak staff was very hospitable and helped me figure out parking on the busy street. My pet was seen in a timely manner and I was treated with respect and care. Follow up calls were even made to check on my pet. I highly reccomend your practice.

We just rescued our good boy, Chewie, from a shelter and brought him in to 2nd Street and let me just say.... we’re so glad we did. The staff at 2nd Street is attentive, communicative, and so so kind. They followed up with me a few days after our appointment to check-in on Chewie and I was so thankful. We’re so so glad we chose to bring Chewie to 2nd Street. They’re the BEST.

I wrote this in Yelp already but I am absolutely amazed by the patience, kindness, and genuine care that your nursing, administrative and veterinary staff share with patients. I ve been belittled for caring about my pet rabbits like they re human children, but your staff has made me feel nothing short of heard and cared for. I have been a walking advertisement for 2nd Street since my first visit only two weeks ago. (I ve been a Dr. Weiss client for over 20 years.) Thank you for being the absolute best.
