Everyone was very understanding in working with my anxious pet. I appreciated the time that the doctor took to answer my questions and explain the treatment plans. I also appreciated receiving an email with resources with extra information.

The care my cat was given today was amazing. He needed an emergency visit and the receptionists, techs, doctors, all worked together to attend to my cat quickly and sent me home with a care plan and follow up. This kind of care does not go unnoticed.

I bring my bunny all the way from Jersey to be seen here and wouldn’t change it for the world. I lover this place!

My first time there and i love this vet hospital. Appointment time was in time. Which i loved. The staff awesome. Doctor awesome. And i love how they do a check up call on your furr babies.... This is my new exotic pet clinic. Thank you

The vet and staff were amazing and the location so convenient. I really feel like my pets got quality care. One suggestion is adhering to appointment times. We did wait about 15/20 minutes past our scheduled appointment. This could be due to COVID protocols making everything take a little longer, which is understandable, but thought I’d make a note just in case. Thank you!

Kobe is my first pet and this was my first time at a vet, so I did not know what to expect. I was super impressed with the level of communication and friendliness of the entire staff!

My first appointment there and I felt very comfortable! The nurses/staff were incredibly friendly- especially Victoria. What an angel! I do wish that the vet went into a bit more detail in regards to what took place during the appointment and the results.

I love the entire staff at 2nd Street animal hospital!! They are wonderful and so attentive!!

Dr. Mike and his staff are amazing, very kind and very knowledgeable. I travel an hour and a half because I know I m getting top level care f9r my bird!!

Not a big deal but it seems the documentation/notes would mention my dog is a boy but she is a girl

It’s hard to comment on most of the above because of the understandably strict covid Precautions .... the attendant seems very nice. The doctor on the phone was too although I didn’t get the callback about blood work the following day . I had to phone in and leave a message. I’m hopeful though about this animal hospital..... i have a lot of cats!

I just loved the staff.especially the doctor well as her assistant I will go there again.keep up the good work and let know 1 tell u different
