Very Professional Quick And Efficient! Pleasant & Great Work

I never saw the front office area due to the COVID. But the exam room was very clean, and properly equipped. Yes, the service in ALL was good. I just found the rates to be a little too steep and the parking was not great. But I guess all in all I would DEFINITELY recommend them. My Sadie did enjoy herself.

2nd Street was amazing. My cat hates the vet but everyone at 2nd Street made the experience as good as it could possibly be. They were kind, knowledgeable, affordable and efficient. We were in and out in under an hour. I’m about to make an appointment for my other cat. Thanks 2nd Street!

My Bunny Bello is hospitalized there now but the first day I brought him home and the follow up was great. Nurses and Vet both called to check in on him and thankfully so as he needed more care than I could give at home. He may only be four pounds but he’s more important to me than I realized he could be. Thank you for taking care of my fuzzy bunny.

Everyone was so helpful! I had a bunch of questions while I was there, and they were all answered. I always appreciate the patience given my nervous dogs as well.

Great experience. The low hanging fruit to improve would be a better check-in system than doing history over the phone prior to entry, but it s an understandable challenge during a pandemic.

Everything was great. But I was a new customer and the vet didn t introduce herself before examining my pet. I think she did a great job but would have been nice to know her name.

The Md’s are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful with the answering of questions. In fact, the MD I spoke with spent well over 15 minutes with me explaining and diagnosing my cat, Julia. Definitely, one of the best vets I’ve ever taken my pet to.

Pumpkin and I had the best time at his vet appointment! He was nervous at first, which is to be expected, but he warmed up to the staff quickly when they brought out treats and toys! I loved that it s a force-free environment, so he wasn t overly upset to have his eye looked at with gentle handling. Overall, everybody was very communicative, friendly, and Pumpkin and I had a great experience. I also appreciated all the directions for getting into the animal hospital. I have social anxiety (Pumpkin does not LOL, everybody loves him and he loves everybody) and that means I sometimes don t like to go places I ve never been before, especially since COVID makes it impossible to just walk in anywhere anymore. All the instructions were very helpful for me!

The vet I saw was so unprofessional. She came in with her hands in her sweatshirt and slid me a piece of paper to read about my dogs diagnosis asking if I had any questions ??? She told me to rush to the emergency pet hospital due to an incorrect diagnosis. This trip cost me a lot of money, stress and tears just for the hospital to tell me my dog was ok. I will not be returning nor referring anyone to this vet.

While I respect their Covid procedures, they were a bit much - especially since we are vaccinated.
