Everyone was great! Only thing was they couldn’t give a definitive cost for an ultrasound but I understand that is determined by how much imaging is needed. The doctor and the technician were so nice to my cat were great at calming her - she was a little nervous.

I found the receptionist and nurse who I communicated with very friendly and comprehensive about the details of the visit.

Maggie the receptionist is very kind and considerate as are the nurses and Dr. Weiss.

Some questions could not be answered because we were not allowed in which has been understandable in the past year but things are easing and the City dropped its mask mandate this week so I could understand if you required a mask to enter but not to be admitted at all to me is extreme, we all go food shopping and shopping for other things with masks, so with all that said I can’t answer about the inside of this business because of not being allowed in

MY only issue was that I was told my dog would be ready in a few minutes. I waited 15 minutes before calling. When I called and asked whether my dog was ready I was passed onto the vet who was told that I had a question about my dog s health, which wasn t the case. I then learned that the vet had told the front desk to call me to let me know that my dog was ready to check out, but no one did that. This was our first visit to this vet, so these things stood out specifically.

My experience was pleasant and appreciated the positive communication I received from the staff and doctor. Thank you.

Can t comment on facilities bc of covid, but from what I can tell it Looked solid! They were fast, helpful and kind to my girl.

Amazing place! So happy with the care they gave my cat! They weren’t too expensive and I know that the care he’s getting is A-class!

I ended up coming here as a last resort when my long-time vet said they couldn’t give me an appointment for a week—my dog was in distress and it couldn’t wait. I was so pleased to get an appointment at 2nd Street the same day and was amazed at the excellent service and communication I got from the entire staff.

The appointment was easy to get, I had my Bearded dragon seen withing 2 days of calling. I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff, and the doctor gave me some great advice for my baby. They also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was resolved. Will definitely be bringing my pets here from now on!

Fast, easy, and didn t hurt my wallet. 10/10
