We just moved in the neighborhood and this was our first visit at the Clunic. Dr. Lee was amazing explaining everything to me and excellent with my Morkie Chase who has anxiety and he is scared of new people.

My only comment is not related to my pet s care but to the waiting room. I understand the need for bare, easy to clean surfaces but sound/noise in the wait room really amplifies - it was loud so somewhat stressful. Otherwise the new facility is great and the care excellent.

We felt that Dr. Ogilby was kind, warm, connected with our dog Lily right away and professional in his thorough explanations and answers to us, especially where it concerned unnecessary and potential highly expensive procedures at this point. In a time where professionalism is at an all time low in many areas, we left the appointment feeling that we were heard, respected and were in highly capable hands. Lily and I had an amazing experience at McGilvray. Michelle Marcus was and is an amazing vet and treated Lily so well. All of the staff we met were also so friendly, helpful, and kind. Overall amazing first experience at the vet!

Everyone at McGilvray Veterinary Hospital, were incredibly friendly and helpful. From booking the appointment, to seeing our veterinarian, Michelle Marcus, the whole process was a wondeful experience. All of the staff made us feel really welcome and they were so sweet to our puppy. Dr. Michelle was so incredibly friendly and she made us feel really welcome. She made our little puppy feel calm and even played with her! She provided us with so much information and answered all of our questions. We felt so comfortable and knew our little puppy was in good hands. We are so lucky to have found McGilvray Veterinary Hospitaland to have Dr. Michelle to care for our furry family member! Thank you
