I have a helpful suggestion The details of the diagnosis and treatment plan should be emailed to the client following appointment. It can be overwhelming to absorb all the information given.

I would like to say that my experience with the staff was very pleasant and kind. The doctor was very gentle with my gecko, Annie. She was very good and gave me a lot of information and suggestion. Beautiful Clinic.

Dr. Adriana and her staff were excellent. Dr. Adriana spent time talking with me about Poppy s symptoms and when her tests came back saying she didn t have an infection she talked with me about what the rapid eye movement might have been and to monitor or bring her back in if I saw it again. She was very kind and I felt like Poppy was in good hands with her. Thank you so much for getting us in. With such a lack of vets who will see rabbits, I m so thankful for Dr. Adriana.

Very thankful for the quick accommodation when my dog suddenly got ill. This was my second time meeting Dr.Lee and my dogs first visit with him. He was very kind and patient and took the time to walk me thru a very fair plan to help my dog feel better. All the front staff at reception are always so kind and helpful.

I’m patient because it’s the new office and will take time to adjust to the new surroundings. But I really miss the way the front desk was at the old office. That staff was so capable, and friendly . The new front desk ladies seems very overwhelmed and confused at times. There didn’t seem to be any organization regarding pickup procedures so I kept getting farther back in line while people buying toys or food kept going ahead of me. Even though I was picking up a dog who just had a dental procedure.

I’m extremely pleased with McGilvray Veterinary Hospital with the care they have given my loved one. Thank you
