I was very pleased. Very helpful and accommodating. I never got a bill so I don’t know how things were laid out for expense, so an email would have been nice. But otherwise i was very happy with the experience.

At the visit Dr. Marks and I discussed it would be best to put my dog down if I wasn’t going to go to an ER to have neurological testing and possibly surgery. He told me that clearly my dog had neurological issues so without surgery, or MRI and Cat scan I asked if it was best to put my dog down and he agreed. My dog is old, so to me this wasn’t a route I was going to take. I was going to put my dog down, I decided to do it at home and when the Dr came over she told me it could be something completely different, vestibular disease (every symptom matched)and my dog could make a full recovery in a few days/weeks. Two days later and he is almost completely better. If I listened to dr. Marks my dog would be dead, so needless to say I am extremely disappointed. He could have even suggested waiting it out and seeing what happens. If I decided to put my dog down at the vets office my dog would be dead right now. Instead, he is on the road to recovery. I’ve always appreciated the service, of all the staff, Dr. Owen and even Dr Marks until this upsetting experience. Although I’m grateful he was seen right away without an appointment I’m extremely disappointed with the recommendation and the cost of the short visit and I won’t be returning. I think you can understand why.

We are very, very pls d. with the expedient analysis, testing of Sam, & of course sad to note he has at age 11, Mod. liver disease, the cause will soon be determined, all being done during Cov-19, a lot of pressure going on in society, there too. Because of Covid lockdown, I didn’t go inside. Billing was never discussed. We did appreciate the courtesy nail trim for Agatha’s back paws. In the future, post lockdown, I will request a tutorial on how to do it—Agatha doesn’t sit still and I am afraid to hurt her by doing the trimming myself !
