Aside from a glitch with the automatic booking system (I had booked to see DR. Darren Marks, who ended up not being in that day even though I had received a confirmation email and text of my appointment), everything else went wonderfully. Am very happy with how the appointment went.

Would love to be able to communicate and prep with the vet before the visit (perhaps through a questionaire/call) to shorten the visit time. Only because my cat hates being in a carrier and it d be awesome to save her even just a little bit of time.

Advise clients when making appt that they have to call when they arrive. It’s impossible to read the sign from the parking area so I got out of the car with my dog and then saw that I was supposed to call. I have mobility issues so would like to have known that in advance.

The staff are all very friendly, efficient and professional. I am confident that my fur babies are getting the best care at this clinic.

In other visits the waiting time and getting in have been phenomenal. Staff have even come up to the vehicle to pick up from the vehicle and dropped off right into the back of the vehicle. Alternatively I have not had to wait long by the door. This time there was a mix up with appointment time, we arrived and were told the appointment was the next day. After returning go home and checking the confirmation email the appointment was confirmed and we returned back to the office for the appointment. The inconvenience was relatively small as we live very close. Also the holidays and New Year are a busy time. This was very unusual as usually everything is fantastic and otherwise all ratings would be 5/5

My pet is in the best hands with Dr. Marks.
