Give scale for survey next time. Due to Covid restrictions prevail, however I didn’t get a thorough update about the dogs except everything is “good”

Working with this team, we have changed the life expectancy of our senior, diabetic rescue, who also has a heart condition. He has now lived 2 years beyond the prognosis received at VEC; this prognosis precipitated a change of clinics. McGilvray took the time to get to know us and our beloved pets and create the best care plans while educating and informing us. We are grateful beyond words.

You’re doing a great job

Due to Covid19 , we were not able to accompany Hugo on his annual check up this year , It would be an extra nice touch to have a health summary of our pet’s visit to accompany the bill.

Dr. Owen and his team are exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for the incredible care of my dogs and the concern for me and my family. This is the best vet in the city.

The Vet was very patient with me in answering all my questions and the follow up phone call on the blood work results was so appreciated. I feel my dog is in good hands.
