All the staff were very friendly. I didn t feel rushed at all while talking with any of the staff and all of my questions were answered.

I have an IPad and for some reason the 5* doesn’t click on. My answer is excellent to all questions except for one .can you p,ease send me an email with each itemised cost for my Ladys dental cleaning. Eg..blood work cost, anesthesia cost, etc. Thank you, Renee Welling

My husband arrived and there was a communication problem that he found frustrating. He thought that the reason for the visit had been clearly stated prior to arrival and was frustrated that he had to repeat himself. He was upset about the size and cost of the cone. He was upset about the cost of a shave around the site. He d like to return the cone. He was upset about the $127 charge. The dog is old; my husband is old. They re both cranky. I hope you find these complaints as amusing as I do :)

Question: I had asked Dr. Owen to check Charlie s anal glands and he said that he would. But he didn t say anything about them when he returned Charlie to me. So, I don t know if they are ok...

Always have to call and ask for my invoices to be sent to insurance .
