There was only one parking spot available in front of the office. I took it with no problem, but wondered where I would park if there weren’t any.

its was a grooming appointment-hence the low rating for ease of booking-its always so difficult to get a grooming appt!

The staff and Doctors are always great.

Apparently I didn t need to come in for an appt but the online booking system did not clarify that and therefore I came - would be good to fix that!

Always happy with the treatment and the advice. Wouldn’t go to any other veterinary practice.

Best in the city. Dr. Marks is on top of his game. My dog was in for grooming 6 months ago and he found a cancerous lump which he first got a 2nd opinion and then removed it. My dog showed no discomfort after surgery and he checked up on her after. she just went back for grooming and he took it upon himself to check her while she was there. The staff are all great.

The visit was fine. I was happy to know my dog didn’t have fleas but had some kind of skin allergy. I was given pills for her (which worked) and some pads to wipe on her skin if she scratched too hard. These pads were $60. I can’t make the font big enough to let you know that $60 is an outrageous amount of money for these pads. I could have easily have used Sudocrem which I have. (FYI, I never used the pads and will be returning them.).

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Marks taking care of my Charlie.
