I have always been very happy with the services I have received from the clinic. First appointment with Dr. Olijnyk, McGilvray is very lucky to have her on their staff!

Perhaps consider asking clients to hand over pet fecal samples upon arrival to avoid unpleasant odours in reception.

I would prefer to be present when my cats are being examined. This would allow me or the doctor to ask and answer questions. I believe it would be less stressful for my cats to have me present during the physical examination. I understand that this is not possible when taking tests (such as blood tests). We were advised that they we would be present during their exam, and that the cats would be taken away to be weighed, but returned for their exam. This did not happen. We were also informed that we would receive the results of their blood tests the next day. We are still awaiting the results.

Dr. Marks and the staff gave us all the attention we needed to make us comfortable with our cat’s surgery. The procedure went great, our cat is recovering very well and we cannot thank enough. The only point that I would mention is that I talked to Dr. Marks over the phone about the payment condition (split payment 15 days appart from the second surgery), and he confirmed it was not a problem for him. The day I had to make the payment, the secretary called Dr. Marks and they changed this condition..I felt very embarrassed at the moment, and I also felt sad because it was something already agreed. Therefore, the most important is that my pet was really well treated and I thank you for that..

I am a bit annoyed that I found the exact same flea, tick and heartworm pills available online for over $120 cheaper per package... For the same price you guys charge I can get a 12 month supply each... So there is a good chance I will be returning your s as I have not opened them and ordering online.

Our situation was stressful as we brought our Ladybug to her first vet appointment since leaving the care of The Toronto Humane Society. We researched central Toronto vets to choose a first-class facility and caring veterinarian (Dr. Owen) for our beautiful girl, who is learning how to let go of fear and discern safe spaces.
