Dr. Kamula was wonderful! Aly s vet, Dr.Tate, retired and we were concerned we would not find a replacement. We are so happy she joined the team at McGilvray. Krista, as always, is so nice- and one of Aly s favorite people. The new receptionists (we ve not had an appointment for a year, so maybe not so new?)are pleasant, too. You ve had some really grouchy/unpleasant receptionists in the past.

Pretty darned great! Most likely saved my dogs eye from an infected ulcer on his cornea.

Maybe have some water bowls available for dogs in the waiting area... Just a suggestion!

The Doctors should have VM, or e mail (or both) where we can leave messages, confirm medications. Too much back and forth by phone as they are usually busy/not available.

Loved the New Vet that saw Chanel!!n The groooming ladies did a fantastic job on Chanel. The wait time for grooming is quite long.

You make having a dog fun! I would have two if there was more room in our car...You are so nice to our dog it is inspiring!!

Archie’s bum was shaved too close and he was not able to sleep well and woke us up crying. He has been licking and scootimg. Not sure why he needed such a close shave. Especially since we are in again in early august. I feel that was careless and am surprised that this would happen at the vet where this should be known that it can happen and be prevented. Disappointing.
