Everyone at the clinic is amazing. You always make sure that Rocky gets the care he needs and helped him to get seen quickly in this urgent situation. Dr. Adriana takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions with compassion and kindness. I m grateful to have the team taking care of Rocky and supporting me as a pet parent. I always have a positive experience with your staff. One issue I have run into every so often is that I m told by the front desk staff that she will submit a claim to Trupanion on my behalf but doesn t actually do it and I need to call and follow up a few days later.

I loved Dr Booth. So kind and excellent in his care of Harvey. I appreciated how he took so much time to answer questions and slowly take me through things. I needed that, that day. We have been at McGilvrays for more than 22 years now. Very grateful to have such trust in each and every vet.

I love the clinic, but I always have bill anxiety. I think I’m coming in for a routine procedure for X dollars, but I end up spending close to double or even triple what I came in for. I wish there was a better way to help set expectations and not have the bill always be a surprise.

We are soooo happy to have made the change to Dr.Booth from our previous vet just because of his knowledge and understanding of Doc s Mylopethy..our previous vet from day 1 with Doc was amazing but not up to our standards with his Mylopethy issues..we know he and we have hopefully a long road ahead and are ecstatic to have Dr.Booth guiding us in the proper direction! After being a client for many years, I m finding that the time to schedule appointments is increasing and for some services, many weeks. Not knowing what s happening has me guessing as to whether the growth in the pet population since Covid has left the clinic struggling to service the neighbourhood demand or if this is a temporary blip as the number of vets in the clinic increases in preparation for the new location. The change in the clinic volume is clear by the fact that on a number of visits recently, I ve had to park in the Pusateris lot when that rarely happened in the past. I hope things sort out in the new clinic.
