We brought in our cat Tito s for a nail trim. The staff was friendly and professional. We were in and out in 15 minutes! See you again in 4 weeks!

I had an emergency with my cat and City Pets was able to see me right away and scheduled the emergency surgery for that day. The vet called me several times to update me on the status of my cat after surgery. I am very impressed with the service and care from City Pets!

I enjoy your practice and appreciate many things about it. However, I do not enjoy the credit card processing fee. It is a cost of doing business and should not be passed onto the customer. Customers are already taxed and charged into oblivion, so this is just a slap in the face. Also, regarding boarding, it would be great to have a Sunday pickup option. Many people arrive home on Sundays from vacations, so it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense that pets aren’t able to be picked up on Sundays. Any other boarding facilities I have used offer Sunday pick up.

When I first found CityPets614 online and saw all the services offered and all the fantastic reviews, I thought this place must be too good to be true. But I was wrong. CityPets is too good and true!! I just moved here not too long ago and somehow I have had to take my two dogs in several times for all kinds of reasons, and every single time has been a really great experience. Experienced sbf friendly staff, reasonable prices, and I have always been able to get an appointment quickly. I love CityPets! My dogs do too!

The team here are so above & beyond in every way. They always make Leo calm and remember his name. I sincerely appreciate their efforts.
