The City Pets team is the best! Tellico always loves to visit. It’s always easy to schedule an appointment for wellness care, boarding, or grooming. Tellico recently boarded with CityPets and the best part of having a veterinary clinic attached to the boarding facility is that they were able to get him up to date on his wellness care during his stay.

I love how Dr Chapman takes care of my animals. My dog is not easy, but Dr Chapman handles her with ease. She has developed a trust with my dog by not forcing her and to allow my dog to take a break if needed

I feel like the process is very in and out. Although I’m being given very informative info for my two pups, I think a slower more comprehensive approach would be beneficial for MY dogs. To be fair, I’ve only had them for a few months so this has been difficult for me with how I obtained them (and I’m a little overwhelmed), but I trust they will do their best to treat my dogs in the best way they can. Very kind staff given the (behavioral) issues my dogs have come in with, but as an owner, I think it’s on me to take the advice and guidance head on and lean on the experts here when necessary. I’ll be back.

First and foremost, John is an excellent groomer and we request him every time. Secondly, I would like to suggest waiving the deposit for repeat customers that consistently make and keep their appointments. For example, after three consecutive appointments, drop the deposit requirement until the next time that customer cancels last minute.

You gave me such a wonderful, helpful experience with him (even the day I had to put him down) that I knew I could call when our family dog was feeling under the weather and our vet could not get us in very timely. I love City Pets, you all are wonderful at what you do and you can feel the love you have for all living beings. Emma is feeling better and enjoying her tummy calming food. Thank you, again.

Jenica and the staff are fantastic with our dog, Nash. We always know he s in good hands with her and the staff. She does a fantastic job with him and always lets us know what she s going to do and we trust her judgment with him. We couldn t imagine taking him anywhere else!

I mainly interact with the boarding/daycare and grooming staff and have always had a positive experience. Very rarely there have been some delays with daycare pick up later in the evening 5:30-6 ish but nothing crazy. I know my dog is well cared for at City Pets!

I wish citypets 614 would provide a payment plan for people who are do not have a lot and are having a hard time paying for their pet’s bills.
