My dog can be a real dick. We have to do everything in the room while i hold him. Dr. Chapman and the vet tech were such good sports. They were patient and friendly despite my pit mix acting pretty scary to them. I reqlly appreciate their chanes in protocol, their bravery and absence of judgment.

Dr. Burdick is always so wonderful with my senior dogs! She is incredibly thoughtful about maximizing their quality of life and ensuring they continue to thrive in their later years. Sophie and Norman love all of the vet techs also who are always so good with them. We have since moved across town but it’s worth the drive to City Pets!

My recent visit could not have been any better. CITYPETS is absolute perfection! From making the appointment, lobby time, room time, the vet visit and being wished an amazing weekend; the whole visit was SUPERB!

Ozzy first visit to vet for shots was great.

I would love it if the little dogs and the big dogs could swap enclosures every so often so that the little dogs are by the camera every once in a while! I’d also love if there were an outdoor area for the daycare dogs, but I know that’s a big ask ??

I am so happy to have found a place to groom Dasher. Next time it won’t be as difficult, I hope. I really like the location, off main streets and pretty easy to get to. Thank you

I have never had a vet/boarding place know my dog by name without saying a single word. Cooper always comes home super happy and exhausted. After losing a dog to negligence I was hesitant to leave my little boy with another person but CityPets has taken every once of worry off my plate. I can t thank them enough for the love they give my Cooper as if he was their own dog.

I think that daycare should be included with boarding and there should be no extra charge for “one on one time” or med administration. It feels like I’m being nickel and dimed and these are the standard at similar businesses nearby with similar pricing. I’d rather these things just be rolled into an increased cost because they are standard of care at this point and no one likes to see extra charges for basic things that are a part of appropriately taking care of a pet.
