After waiting for, 35 minutes outside in 95’ degree, i was offered to wait in lobby only after I reached out. Not sure what covid measures you were taking that day but lots of people inside waiting area. After 30 minutes in room just hanging, I went to the reception area advised I was leaving and the lack of communication was absurd. I request a call from the vet or office mangers. Still no call. Romy and I have been coming to this clinic for close to 12 years so disappointed.

Terrible experience. This is not the first time we have had this experience here. I have brought all 4 of my dogs here over the years and have had nothing but negative experiences with my current dog. Very disappointed. Michelle and her female front office colleague really were the saving grace

Unfortunately the waiting time have been very long and unreasonable. The past two visits we had to wait over 45 mins just to be checked in. Besides that everything is great

We were a little disappointed that no one from the clinic called us to pick our dog up the day and time which we were told. They said our dog would be ready by 4:30ish, and by 6:15p.m. no one had contacted us. So we got worried and went down to the clinic since no one called us, nor picked up the phone since it was after hours.

The quality of service has severely declined over the past year. I hope your management staff addresses the problem soonest.

my appointment was at 3:00pm, I have to wait one hour before seeing the technician who took my pet to see the doctor, total time at the hospital was over 2 hours just for an exam..

Waiting times are too long. Waiting in the car is very tough when the temperatures are above 90 degrees!

Not sure what happened but the customer service is no longer there. Front staff isn’t friendly anymore. I had an appointment and was called in 30 minutes after my appointment. I was there for two hours.

We made an appointment and were asked to call and wait in the car. When I checked in (at my appointment time) I had to wait in my car for nearly 30 minutes... in the heat ... with 2 large boxers who were very anxious. I feel that if I have an appointment, my wait time should only be 10 minutes or so if I arrive on time.

This last visit was for nail trimming. The only complaint is that I ve been asking since March and have been told grooming was closed. Went to pick up food a week ago and asked again and got the same response but that decisions were underway to restart once groomers were available. Last-minute, the receptionship mentioned a technician could do the nail trimming and when I asked about clinic hours, we were able to set the appointment for clinic time on a Wed while we got shots updated too. Would have liked to have had nails trimmed a long time ago since it ended up going 10 months and the long nails were damaging things and scratching skin. Everything else was great. Have been going to this place for years and always appreciate the friendly service. Thanks.

I needed help using the app and the clerk put in the total amount without checking if I wanted to use any of my points. So I wasn’t able to use the points but instead got a credit for future services. That is OK, but I didn’t have a choice. I also didn’t get a print out of the estimate for services for what could be done. I didn’t think to ask for it until I got home I usually like to keep it in a file for my dog.

Had to wait 40 minutes in the car it was 95 outside. Call to check in 2 times. Nobody came out to get my dog, we got fed up and left.

The staff at Healthy Pets is the best! They truly care and are wonderful with 16 yr old baby. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I truly appreciate the service my dog gets, but don’t make my dog wait outside in this heat inside the car. Yes I had the A/C but not in this heat. I understand we can’t enter the building as humans due to the virus but I’ve seen customers going inside, its either the dog/cat go inside with the vet tech and not the customer. But overall i love the place. Thank You

I never received a call the following day asking how my dog was doing. That was disappointing.

Bombarded by frivolous emails on a daily basis. NOTHING RELATED TO MY DOG!!! How about the Rabies Shots??? No mention what so ever. ALWAYS NEW PEOPLE!!! Who is my Veterinarian??? Is it a Lotto Number??? Always have to re-establish familiarity with my Pet. Is that enough for now??? CB’

Staff did not confirm what vaccines were to be given. I made an appointment for rabies only. Staff gave DAPP as well but I was not informed of this ahead of time.

We were greeted in a friendly manner. Not so prompt. Waited for 45 minutes for an allergy injection. Too hot in the car (88 deg outside), and no seats to sit. Thought i was going to faint. The bench outside was already taken. Maybe put some chairs outside on hot days??

There seems to be a revolving door for vets now. I don t like that as you can t get to know the vet and the vet can t get to know the pet. Not sure what is going on here but it seems like things have really changed. Barely recognize any of the staff any more.
