Not happy with the time it takes to bathe and groom, but it’s probably necessary?? Not sure. Brought the dog in to be shaved. He was terribly matted (Maltese) and didn’t want him to suffer. Dog was there for four-plus hours and came back shaved, as expected. However, he had shaver burns in several areas to the point of bleeding. His entire body was pink and itchy and I had to apply Neospirin to help prevent infection. Called hospital and they said we could bring him in the next day for an appointment. That would’ve resulted in an appointment fee. Not happy. Going to look for another groomer. One of the key reasons he was so matted is there were no grooming appointments available. Was told one was out sick and another on vacation or something.

I don t think the furmigator treatment was done. My dogs hair is everywhere. The dog was not ready for pick up for 5 hours for bathing. We had to push back dinner plans to pick him up.

I felt that the staff cared and showed compassion for myself and my little Lucy!!!!!

Wonderful job on my dog since he was so matted!! The ear thing was questionable. $46 for some ointment?? That seems high. I get ear ointment all the time for $20. But if it clears it up in two weeks, I guess it wouldn t be too bad, but if it doesn t and I have to spend more money, I will be upset. Also, would have liked to speak to the person who groomed my dog. To thank her and also to see what she thought of all his matted hair and how she groomed him.

Was disappointed in the whole experience, which is unusually, Have always had great care in the past, In this instance scheduled a grooming, but needed a wellness check as flea medication was overdue.. Grooming at 10:30,, did not see the vet until 4:30, Hope was there for over six hours, and in the end, still did not get her flea medications administered.....Poor planning,, However, this is the first time that I had experienced this so will likely return to give it another try next month.....pdm

It is a little costly mostly just to diagnose the cats eye it and after a couple days the issue went away it would have been more normal just to tell us to wait a couple days and if it does not go away come back in a few days instead we spent close to 130.00 for inconclusiveness.

The entire staff is awesome! My pets are my loves and I feel very good about the care they receive from everyone.

When I made the appointment, they told me it was at 0930. I had no problem with that; however, they called and asked where our kitty was and I said my appointment with them was at 0930. They said they had opened at 0800-why didn t I bring him in then? No one offered me 0800. This was for a cleaning and tooth extraction. The receptionist was somewhat rude and said we were expecting him at 0800-no one gave me that memo. The procedure and care after was great and I do like the doctors there.

Jessie was adopted from iCare Rescue, and we were really pleased with the staff and care Jessie has always received. We live in Costa Mesa and don t mind the drive. It s totally worth it!

My pets came in at 10 am for grooming only. I called them up at 3 08 pm they said yes they are ready. When we picked them up Max was still very wet on his belly and they did not put the flea treatment on. Why bring them at 10 am and they are not ready at 3 30 pm per say. I used to be able to call a week a head for grooming and now its two weeks.

Add on things are costly when reco d for overnight stays

Staff forgot to do the sanitrim on Paco. In the past they always trim his hair in the butt. It looked really bad so I trim it myself it looks worst now lol

Abel did the dental on my Chihuahua and Dr. K. did the mass removal. My dog had a quick recovery and I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care. The surgery site looks good and her mouth is clean and she looks happy. That is very important to me. She is a very nervous dog and scares easily. I liked having the chance to talk to Abel and Dr. K. about my concerns before dropping her off. I felt they treated her like one of their own dogs. Thank you!

The team is knowledgeable and ALWAYS very friendly! Any special needs or concerns I’ve ever had are always met with a smile and handled immediately - never dread going to “The Vet” again!
